Eric Keepers- Personal Injury Lawyer / Insurance Bad Faith
Eric Keepers practices in the areas of insurance bad faith, personal injury, commercial litigation and class actions. He has obtained numerous substantial recoveries for his clients. Eric has been continuously involved in insurance bad faith litigation since 1995. Eric has played an active role in the development of the case law pertaining to insurance bad faith in Pennsylvania.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law. While at Widener University, he was an editor of the Widener Journal of Public Law and received the American Jurisprudence Awards for Civil Procedure, Property, Torts, Constitutional Law and Secured Transactions. Eric spent two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James P. Cullen of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Eric was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1995. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. Eric has authored and co-authored numerous articles for professional publications.
